How my M5 works

Identity, private records, assets, work, exchanges and receipts — all on your own compute. This is the Bank of Me, end to end.

Your Bank of Me

Your life creates value. Your M5 helps you keep the record.

Your M5 brings your identity, private evidence, assets, work, exchanges and receipts into one member-controlled account. Dagny can help you organize and understand the record, but she cannot create authority, move value or make a decision for you.

My Identity

  • My TCID and current credentials.
  • I decide what is shared.

Member controlled

My Private Vault

  • Receipts, photos, documents and evidence remain private.
  • Public surfaces show only approved references or hashes.

Private by default

My Assets

  • Clothing, household goods, equipment, keepsakes and titled property.
  • Values are owner- or party-agreed unless a separate appraisal exists.

The closet is one example

My Work

  • Invoice time, skills and services such as bookkeeping, caregiving, dog walking, design or wardrobe curation.
  • Record quantity, terms, agreed value and acknowledgement.

Invoice my time

My Value Exchange

  • Choose DIGITAL, CASH, ASSET, SERVICE, or an authorized combination.
  • Each leg ends in the same receipt structure.

M5-VX · simulation

My Receipts and Community

  • See what was agreed, acknowledged, charged and routed.
  • Community routing is shown separately from taxes, provider costs and recipient principal.

Transparent by design

How value moves through my M5

The value path is: ME / TCID, then MY AUTHORITY, then MY M5 WALLET, then M5-VX, then DIGITAL or CASH or ASSET or SERVICE, then M5 VALUE RECEIPT, then PRIVATE EVIDENCE, then PROVENANCE WHEN APPLICABLE.

A day with my M5

One member, one record, one understandable receipt.

SIMULATION — NO VALUE, AUTHORITY, CASH, ASSET OR SERVICE MOVED

  • SIMULATION — NO VALUE MOVED
  • No financial movement
  • No authority created
  • No real-world resource movement
  • Proposed receipt only
  • Provider not called
  • Private evidence not uploaded
Step 1

I record value

A jacket I want to sell

Personal property documented in my vault.

Two hours of bookkeeping

Time and service recorded with terms.

Cash I received in person

Physical cash acknowledged; evidence optional and private.

A digital payment request

A DIGITAL leg prepared for exchange.

Dagny helps prepare the record. I review the description, evidence and sharing permissions before anything advances.

Step 2

I choose how value is exchanged

The same $100 of agreed value can be split across four consideration types. Each leg ends in the same receipt structure.

DIGITAL$40M5Pay and x402 stop at 402 HOLD before a provider call.
CASH$20Physical cash remains physical; evidence is optional and private.
ASSET$25A party-agreed trade-in value; not an M5 appraisal.
SERVICE$15Time or work recorded with quantity and agreed value.
Synthetic total$100.00

Synthetic fee model · default DIGITAL leg

Public Brale standard-movement reference0 BPS, informational and not applied
M5 protocol fee (FEE-PROTOCOL-001)10 BPS
TC-USD settlement fee (FEE-SETTLE-USD)5 BPS
Default applied total15 BPS
Fee on the synthetic $40 DIGITAL leg$0.06
Synthetic net$39.94

Provider pricing is route-specific. The public 0-BPS Brale standard-movement reference is not a quote for a private-label or custom program. Bridge, transfer-agent, jurisdiction and M1-M5 event overlays apply only when an authorized rule or contract supplies them.

Step 3

I receive one understandable record

Proposed M5 Value Receipt

M5 protocol fee
$0.06 on the DIGITAL leg (10 BPS).
Settlement fee
$0.02 on the DIGITAL leg (5 BPS).
Conditional overlays
Bridge, transfer-agent, jurisdiction or class overlays apply only when an authorized rule supplies them.
Community destination when authorized
Shown separately before acknowledgement; none in this simulation.
Net amount
$39.94 on the DIGITAL leg; full settlement not executed.
Private evidence status
Not uploaded — remains in the member's vault.
Provenance reference when applicable
A reference or hash may be attached; none created here.

The receipt does not make the transaction legal, create authority, appraise property or prove that value moved. It records the terms and evidence produced by an authorized exchange.

The Hell Raiser & The Heirloom

Every woman gets to keep all of herself.

On the left, a $115 moto — tough on the outside, and on the inside it says it plain: Hell Raiser. On the right, a Chanel kept in its box — the kind of piece a woman holds, and one day passes on. Both belong in her M5. The loud and the legacy.

Dagny's Personal Closet

Dagny's Personal Closet is a live demonstration of member-controlled circular commerce. It enables an individual to document and offer previously owned personal goods with condition, retail-reference value, resale value, membership pricing, and a lifecycle archive. The model is intended to help distinguish occasional household reuse and resale from commercial inventory activity, while supporting direct owner-to-buyer transactions, member-controlled records, sustainable reuse, and optional future community-benefit allocations. It does not itself determine tax treatment, replace seller obligations, operate a public bank, or redirect statutory tax revenue.

Public Bank of California

Live public commons simulation — activated in github.com/TitleChain-Foundation, pending state approval.

Community first, when authorized.

An eligible exchange may include a separately disclosed member, merchant, reward or matching allocation routed by the person's chain and local postal jurisdiction. The amount, funding basis, recipient eligibility and governing rule must be shown before acknowledgement.

  • Community allocation is not a stablecoin swap fee.
  • It is not automatically deducted from transaction principal.
  • Local, state and national taxes remain separate.
  • No statutory tax revenue is redirected by this demonstration.
  • No community payout occurs in the public simulation.

For eligible direct purchases, a separately disclosed voluntary merchant contribution, member-authorized contribution, reward, or matching amount may be placed in a segregated community-benefit pool. Participating members may direct their portion to verified local recipients or member-governed community programs.

Recipient eligibility is based on current identity, payout authority, legal and program standing, and transparent stewardship or impact requirements. If a recipient becomes inactive, future allocations pause and follow the member's previously selected replacement instruction.

Applicable sales and use taxes remain separately calculated and remitted unless California law establishes a specific exemption, credit, rebate, or authorized allocation program.

Member-directed

Each participating member directs their own elected allocation to verified, eligible local recipients, under transparent program rules.

Direct to the person

Direct, transparent, and designed to reduce unnecessary intermediary fees. We know it actually reaches the person.

Cash or product

Food, water, clothing, electric and gas bills — whatever the verified need is.

Public Bank of California · community firstAll applicable taxes, licensing, charitable, consumer-protection, and financial-services requirements remain subject to law and program approval.
