Every piece in the Vault is pre-owned and carries its Titlechain provenance trail. Because of this, all sales are final — with the narrow exceptions below.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review the story, details, condition, and photos carefully before you buy.
Each listing states its condition honestly using our four-tier Titlechain standard: Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Flawed Gem. Signs of wear consistent with the stated condition are not considered defects.
The Titlechain Condition Tag on each piece is our honest assessment at the time of listing. It is informational and supports the Lovecycle™ process, but it is not a warranty of future value or condition.
If a piece arrives damaged or is lost in shipping, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. This is the most common exception to the all-sales-final rule.
If a piece is received in a condition materially worse than its stated condition, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days. Genuine misrepresentation is the other exception to all sales final, and we will make it right.
Rather than returning a piece, we encourage you to Lovecycle™ it — list it back through the Vault or pass it to another member. Every piece carries its provenance trail so it can be loved and re-sold again.
