Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This Policy explains what information the M5 Member Private Vault collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Vault and ship your pieces.

1. Information We Collect

When you browse the Vault, we may collect basic analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location.

When you buy or make an offer, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the details of your purchase or offer. Payment card information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

When you join the M5 waitlist, we collect your email and the location details you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process purchases and offers, ship items to you, respond to inquiries, and — with your consent — notify you about new pieces and Vault updates.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies and analytics to understand how the Vault is used and to improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to browse or buy.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to complete your transaction: with Stripe for payment processing, and with shipping carriers to deliver your piece. We may disclose information when required by law.

Offer communications are private between you and the owner and are not published.

5. Data Retention

We keep purchase and offer records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain provenance trails, and meet legal or tax obligations. Waitlist entries remain until you ask to be removed.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page.

7. Children's Privacy

The Vault is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Vault grows. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
