These Terms govern your use of the M5 Member Private Vault at m5bank and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the vault, joining the waitlist, or buying a piece, you accept these Terms.
Accessing or using the Vault constitutes your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Vault.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to buy or make an offer. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements.
The Vault is a private digital closet offering pre-owned personal possessions for sale. Each listing includes an editorial story, details, condition, and provenance where available.
We describe every piece honestly and to the best of our knowledge, but pre-owned items may show signs of wear consistent with their stated condition. Photos are representative, not exhaustive.
Each piece carries a Titlechain Condition Tag reflecting our four-tier standard: Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Flawed Gem. Condition is assessed honestly and disclosed on the listing page.
Where a Titlechain Asset ID is provided, the piece carries a provenance trail intended to support future re-sale and the Lovecycle™ process. Provenance records are informational and do not constitute a warranty of future value.
Each piece may offer up to three tiers: a direct card price (5% off the channel list price), an M5 Member price for waitlist members, and a Make-an-Offer floor accessible through negotiation.
Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, adjust tiers, or remove a listing at any time before payment is completed.
Direct purchases are processed securely through Stripe, which may offer card and Affirm pay-over-time options at checkout. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we do not store your card information.
Manual off-platform payments (such as Venmo) are accepted at the owner's discretion and require owner confirmation before an item ships. These carry no automatic order tracking.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard rates are $15 within the US and $45 internationally. The owner ships to the address you provide and is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier after hand-off.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered except where required by law or in cases of proven misrepresentation (see our Refund & Return Policy).
Because every piece is pre-owned and carries its Titlechain provenance trail, you are encouraged to Lovecycle™ it forward rather than return it.
Sold pieces may be acquired through a Lovecycle™ offer — a member-to-member bid submitted through the Vault. Submitting an offer is not a binding purchase; it is an invitation to negotiate that the owner may accept, counter, or decline.
Offer details and communications are kept private between you and the owner.
All editorial content, photography, branding, the M5 Love mark, and the Titlechain framework are the intellectual property of the Titlechain Foundation. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Vault content without permission.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the Vault only for lawful purposes, and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. Fraudulent offers or chargebacks may result in removal from the Vault and the M5 waitlist.
The Vault is offered on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Titlechain Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Vault or any purchase, except where required by law.
We may revise these Terms as the Vault evolves. The date above reflects the most recent update. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
